Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During holidays or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently ship within the U.S. using USPS.

Delivery Time:

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.

Shipping Address:

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We can’t be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at customerservice@humblehearttea.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, all tea sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re happy to help.
