Tea accessories may be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within the specified timeframe.

2. Loose Leaf Tea:

Due to the nature of our loose-leaf teas and to ensure the highest level of freshness and quality for all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on tea products.

We take great care in handling and packaging each blend to deliver the best experience straight to your cup. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out to us—we’re here to help make your tea time truly enjoyable!

3. Return Process:

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your tea accessories to initiate the return process.

1. Give us a shout: Email us at customerservice@humblehearttea.com within 7 days to initiate the return process. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Pack it with love: Make sure your tea accessories are unused and in their original packaging—like they’re ready for a second date!

3. Ship it back: We’ll send you the return details, and once we get the item back safe and sound, we’ll brew up a solution!

Please note: Our loose-leaf teas are non-returnable for freshness and safety reasons. But don’t worry—we’re here to answer any questions or help you find your perfect blend.
